Care

General Maintenance: Easily propagated by cutting a stem, letting it dry out for a couple days and then planting in soil. Prune by removing flowering heads after blooming. Repot when rootbound.

Temperature:Keep between 13C and 27C.

Light: Require lots of bright light to bloom, but avoid direct sunlight as this can cause leaf scorching.

Watering: Water thoroughly once the soil has completely dried. The Kalanchoe is technically a succulent, so it does store some water within its leaves and is prone to root rot if overwatered. Regular household humidity is fine.

Soil: Choose a soil that is well-draining or use a cactus mix.

Fertilizer: Feed once a month with a balanced fertilizer during the spring and summer. Ensure the fertilizer contains potassium to help promote flower buds.
