CLIVIA GARDENII

Clivia gardenii is a tender, shade loving evergreen perennial with elegant, pendant umbels of red-orange, green-tipped tubular flowers. Blooming from late winter into spring (DecApr), it provides valuable seasonal colour above glossy, strap-shaped foliage, reaching around 55 cm.

Native to South African woodland, it thrives in bright shade and is best grown in containers, conservatories, or sheltered courtyards. Frost-free and long-lived, it is a distinctive, architectural choice for shaded spaces.
