Lythrum salicaria ‘Rosy Gem’

Lythrum salicaria ‘Rosy Gem’, commonly known as rosy loosestrife, is a clump-forming perennial with upright, lance-shaped green leaves forming dense, architectural foliage. In mid to late summer it produces spikes of soft pink flowers, creating a delicate and naturalistic display along pond margins, wetlands, and damp soils.

This cultivar is valuable for pollinators such as bees and butterflies, supporting wetland biodiversity. Its upright, spreading habit and tolerance of consistently moist or shallowly submerged soil make it ideal for pond edges, bog gardens, and naturalistic water features.
