Rollinia Picone

The Rollinia Picone, also known simply as Picone, is a prized cultivar of the Rollinia, valued for its exceptional flavour and distinctive appearance. This tropical fruit typically has a round to oval shape, with a bumpy, yellow-green skin that resembles the texture of a reptile’s scales. Inside, the flesh is creamy and custard-like, ranging from white to pale yellow, studded with small, black seeds.

Originating from Brazil and other tropical regions of South America, the Rollinia Picone thrives in warm, humid climates.
